breach of contract

I Paulo dos Santos have put a compliant as to my contract that was signed on 24 Jan 2015, it is 18 days later and I have only received the phone which was collected on 6 Fed 2015.<br> shaun the store manager told me that the deal that was offered to me which is now R749.00 which I agreed to cause Vodacom cant hold up their end of the deal, instead off R449.00, they have a problem now cause they don't know if they can agree to the R749.00 which was offered and agreed with shaun.<br> <br> today is the 10 of Feb and till this day I get emails saying we apologize and you will be contacted in 24-48 hours guess what nothing has been resolved , I call *** Retentions department and get told the same thing , who is going to sort this out and when.
