Breach of contract
I upgraded by phone on 11/3. My package is a Blackberry 9720 (incl BIS) Top Dog voucher on uChoose Flexi 100. In the monthly charges on my contract, it clearly states \Blackberry BIS bolt-on free 24MT"yet I don't have BIS. Customer care says I have to pay for BIS. I explain that I don't as free with my contract"
