Breach Of Contract

Good Day, I would like to report Vodocom for false advertising and luring clients into contracts that they can not keep. We were offered the Vodocom S9 Promotion, we signed up on the 13th May 2018, we were promised a few items with the contract, through the Samsung Rewards Programs, however they did not have stock so were to wait a bout 3 weeks and they would deliver to our address, After a month, still nothing, so we contacted Vodocom, they told us to get hold of Samsung, via email, this was a wild goose chase as they said it was out of their hands as they had sent the items to the courier company Makhulus Logistics In JHB, and we were to contact them, we did, to be told it was on its way, here we are now nearly 3 months later, paying for this "special promotional deal" with no promo!!! After complaining again to Vodocom and Samsung, Makhulus contacted us and said they admit they have had the parcel since the first week of June, but they did not deliver to our area, so they are waiting for a possible client so they can send at the same time!!!!???? Between the 3 companies I feel that Vodocom is in breach of Contract, and then they dont care, as they have their money, as for Samsung, they dont seem to have client services at all and for a courier compnay to hold a parcel due to the fact it is not convenient for them to deliver to us, due to us not been in their area is shocking and wait, what are we going to achive from all this, nothing, but I am sorry, how can we help you! Its about time people stood up to bad ,money grabbing companies who dont keep to their deals and expect their paying clients they **** to to sort out the matter!!!!!!
