Breach of contract

I had a contract with vodacom that expires in june 2018 and according to the contract i need to phone in advance to terminate my contract, which i did. So i phoned vodacom in march, april, may and june to terminate my contract and even today its not yet terminated. So i called last week monday spoke to yvonne to find out why my contract is still not terminated and she told me she's going to terminate the contract and request for voice recording and gave this reference no 1- ********** ********** to follow up after 3-5 working days. So i called in today to do a follow up with one of the consultant and i end up requesting to speak to a team leader called smangele ndlovu, she was really unprofessional, rude and unwilling to help. Im not sure why she is a team leader that doesnt want to assist client but she works in an environment that deals with customer. I asked her to check the call recording, which by law i need to be provided with. She told me there's no call that i made to vodacom but i even have a reference no of the call i made last week, which is really shocking that vodacom dont keep call recording even if the law says so. Then i asked her for the ombudsman number that deals with vodacom and refused to give me that number and told me i need to go to the internet.

Is this how vodacom operate and treat their customer?
