Breach of contract

I upgraded a data line late in January 2018 only to realize on the first day of the new contract that my two multi sims has been deactivated. This is a direct breach of contract as I was not informed of the removal of these services. I logged a call to cancel the contract with immediate effect due to the breach of contract and was informed telephonically that the cancellation has been processed but yesterday the monthly premium went off my bank account. I called them again today and was advised that they cannot assist and I need to go back to the store where I upgraded which is 300 km from where I live. This is unacceptable as it is a breach of contract between myself and Vodacom South Africa and not between me and the store in Nelspruit. If the store closes down tomorrow does my contract also expire??? No, thus the reasoning given is just causing more delays. Please resolve the matter ASAP. I require a full refund of my monthly premium as well as the upgrading fee paid at the time of the upgrade.
