Breach of contract

I'm disgusted @the service I have received from Vodacom. We've been calling vodacom for the past 3 weeks enquiring about our LTE wifi service. We're paying for a 50mbps however we've only been getting between 7-10 mbps.

The agents have tried on their side to fix the problem numerous times, still nothing worked.

On Monday 5/1/2025 a guy from Vodacom by the name of Fakier called @ 14:39 from a number *** and stated that he can't see anything wrong with the router and will go ahead and process the cancelation without penalties my wife asked him for a confirmation he said he would send, upto today nothing was sent.

We tried calling again this week however Vodacom decided to block the number in question by leaving an automated message as follow ' unfortunately vodacom has received an unusual amount of calls from this number***) and we must call to a number that will charge us R2 per minute.

We have been paying for a 50mbps but only received 10mpbs. We want to cancel without any penalties.

Vodacom is also regulated by ICASA, and: They must provide transparent service levels They must have a working complaints process Blocking my calls after repeated failures is unacceptable conduct
