Breach of confidentiality

I understand that I owe vodacom but I'm really disappointed on how a big company such as vodacom disclose my personal info to my friends and family I was so shocked yesterday morning everyone calling (family and friends) me about my arreas with vodacom, how did they get into my personal contacts and send them messages about my account being in arreas. This is totally not accepted and against the law for my personal information to be shared.
