Breach of agreement

My account was not debited for the 2nd time in 3 months, After the 1st missed debit i had to prove that i had funds in my account after doing so i was told that its and issue with my bank, This was not the case and i have not heard any feedback from Vodacom since July. The last debit missed as well so i called to find out what was going on, The consultant confirmed that the issue was with Vodacoms system but after doing so had the audacity to say that missing a debit may result in my credit score being negatively affected!!!. This is complete and utter bull****, A consultant employed by your organisation confirmed that my account was not debited due to an issue with your systems yet i am the one that is going to be penalised in terms of my credit worthiness!!! Vodacom has an issue but my credit score will be affected, How does that make sense and how is that treating customers fairly? I signed an agreement with Vodacom i.e. I pay a monthly fee which i signed a debit order form for and Vodacom provides me with a service, I need to make sure that funds are available at the time of the debit order to ensure that i enjoy the "benefits" of the service provided. Please explain to me why i should be penalised if i stuck to my end of the agreement, Before i here another bull**** reason about its my duty to follow up on missed debits, I did follow up and make an EFT payment which the consultant was aware off yet he still said that the missed debit may affect my credit score. Vodacom is in breach of an agreement which may have a negative impact on my financial situation, Should i not receive any positive feedback i will be taking this matter up further.

Please don't provide feedback just to ensure that your tick box exercise is complete. The feedback that i received was a waste of my time, No investigation was done after i stated that one of your consultants confirmed that the issue was with Vodacom, Your feedback was that my bank account was closed, I know that because i closed as i had changed banks, I however did inform Vodacom of the change in June and on 3 occasions the new bank account details were verified yet your system still debits from the old account, Your employee indicated that your system is unable to remove the old account hence it still debits from that one, How is this my fault? Your feedback should have been a solution not a response indicating something i am already aware off, How many times must i state that the issues is on your side not mine, You guys are not debiting from my new account!!!!
