Brand new Vodaphone tablet in for repairs and replaced with another

<p>I upgraded my contract and received a brand new Vodafone Tablet as part thereof. Within a month the tablet did not operate anymore so I handed it in for repairs at the Menlyn branch. I received several smses of the status of the tablet during repairs and then that I can fetch it from Mnalyn. Menly branch then said they sent it back as it was still not working. Within two days I received another sms to fethc the tablet at Menlyn. I fetched it and used it that evening but to my amazement I saw that it had foreign photos on the gallery. I then checked and reasised that also the applications was different to mine. i sent a complaint to Vodacom and asked that I receive a new tablet as mine was basically brand new and it now seems as if they have given me someone elses tablet (may a reconditioned one as they could not fix mine). Hoever the lady who is dealing with my complaint is just saying that it is mine and that they at Vodacom take photos if employees and so on on to ensure the device is working. When I asked her if they employ babies as there are photos of babies on the tablet as well, whe did not respond. I asked her to escalate my complaint and that I want a new tablet delivered to me as I am not going back to Vodacom again, she said I msut take the tablet to Menlyn so they can look at it!!!! Please look at this matter and note that I now do not want this tablet as I am sure it is not mine. I would like Vodacom to give me a brand new one and deliver it to me and I will then submit the old tablet to the delivery person. Regards</p>
