Brand new S6 sent back with in 7 day grace period

I sent my phone back to the shop on day 6 of the 7 day grace period due to the phone taking hours to charge when its meant to have the new functionality of charging with in 10 or 20 minutes. Once charged the battery life does not even last a day. The wireless charger only works if I take off my cover which is stupid, cause the point of the wireless charger is to put the phone on the pad to charge, but its quicker for me to plug in the adaptor than take off the cover. I handed my brand new phone back on the 9th july, i dont get a brand new to replace it, i need to wait for the investigation to take place before they tell me if I get a new one or not. During this period, what am i meant to do with out a phone whilst you check the faulty phone? Its a brand new phone in its 7 day period, give me a new one, EOS, dont make me wait with out a phone whilst you investigate or what ever. i have 4 contracts with Vodacom, I feel like i should start the process of closing them 1 by 1 and moving onto another provider than can offer better service. Unacceptable, that im left phoneless for days because I sent my 5 day old faulty phone back.
