brand new phone need repairs

On the 6th of January I purchased a Nokia lumia 830 . after having it for about a month plus it needed repairs a pureview camera phone needed camera software updates as the camera wasnt working so it was booked in . it came back and still the camera wasn't working. I took it back the very next day after picking it from the repair .an in store tech guy updated and tried to get the camera working but still it refused to work the camera app doesn't even open so after managing with it for just 3 short months it's now gone back for repairs. I think vodacom needs to give me a new phone not this current ones as its only been faulty and constantly put me at a disadvantage .imagine having a 10 mega pixel camera phone brand new but having to say its not working .how embarrassing. This has been a totally unpleasant experience
