BRAND NEW PHONE BLACKLISTED FOR NO REASON

Someone at Vodacom BLACKLISTED my phone in 2021 August.vodacom disnt tell me who it was and I went to the police and got affidavid to prove that it is my phone amd I atill have it amd I demand an expkination for this Blacklisting.I havve sent numerous emails to the ***** department of VODACOM.I have send emails to BLACKLISTING devision...I have sent emails to DISPUTES.Emails to KALETSO MASEJANE at ***** DISPUTES...its been 6 months and all I have is endless reference numbers ...12 reference numbers to be exact.....I am so disgusted in the work ethics of VODACOM...they get paid to do nothing ....they do nothing and I believe that government ahould do something about this pathetic company.
