brand new phone and after "repair" my screen is falling out

i had a screen problem with my brand new samsung galaxy j1 2016.

so i sent it to vodacom to get fixed. they in turn sent it to the repair branch......

i got my phone back a week later. but looking at it i realised there was something strange about it!

at the bottom but the edge of the glass it has a *****driver mar****! it is a new phone!!

then i realised the strange thing was my screen glass felt loose! as if it wasnt "glued" down at the top!

so i phoned vodacom which is a mission as you cant phone the shop you phone a call centre. ok so i got a email of the manager and spoke to a staff in the shop. who told me these dreaded words.... ok when do you want to send it in??? what i just did!

look im not expecting much, but one thing i will say is ive been a vodacom customer almost 20 years and ive never had such shocking service.

i deal with people all day in my line of work, diesel mechanical engineer.

but i would not sleep at night if i did such half hearted work or not cared even enough to follow up a problem.
