I recently upgraded my line at the Vodacom Shop in Midrand (Vodashop). The deal included a Gear VR with controller and I was told they don't have stock and they'll let me know once they have it. Called in today and their call center agent informed that that she cant escalate a stock issue. Because their stock controller was already aware of the issue.

I find that very distaste full from Nisha. Why even advertise the product if you're unsure on delivery on it. BRAND FAIL VODACOM!!!
