Brakpan Vodacom cellphone tower

I have been logging Customercare calls for the tower in Brakpan for the past two weeks the issue is still not resolved and tonight is worse . I am sleeping outside the house in my car I have suffered badly my health has deteriorated headaches daily and ear irritation. In the morning I will drive to Midrand Vodacom offices, medical bills and petrol has been added for something I cannot control
