BRAINDEAD IDIOTS
Useless, ***********, worse in the business, stay away and then a whole dictionary full of swear words to describe this useless entity. there accounting department must be run by braindead idiots. everyone can see that I've cancelled my contracts except of course accounting. Not only are they trying do squeeze extra money out of me but they refuse to cancel the contracts. To Till Streichert I can just say that if this is his doing as CEO go back to where you came from and if it's not because of you, then you better sort out this *******. Everyday I see and hear about more and more people disgusted with Vodacom. You state that you have 46 million contracts,(therefor one person does not matter) but beware the biggest fall the hardest.

It is with the cooperation and feedback from valued clients such as yourself that we are able to identify any areas of improvement within our organisation. As per discussion, the call was listened to and the agent advised correctly with the cancellations already loaded for end May & June 19. The increase in invoice was due to the 24 month contract term being reached and discount ended. Regards Consumer Website Team
