Boycott vodacom and their ******* service....

Did an upgrade last month but was told incorrect specs of the device, its now more than a month that I have called them back to fetch their device yet no one has collected it to date..... Vodacom is a ******* network with poor aftersales... I'm tired of calling into Vodacom to find out what is going on but it seems to be falling on deaf ears....

I've been given numerous reference numbers but nothing is going on nor has management resolved my issue or called me back to apologise for the inconvenience caused by their *********** staff who are not well trained in regards to product knowledge.... Its sad that there are millions of people who are unemployed yet vodacom employees *********** staff....
