Bought whatsapp bundle ticket but its not working

I bought whatsapp ticket which is expiring on 27 August, but instead the whatsapp ticket bundle is not working it only worked yesterday, today I bought my own data in the morning so that I can use whatsapp because whatsapp ticket is not working, the data I bought got finished during the day but whatsapp ticket remain the same and is not working, I bought another data again during the evening so that I can be able to use whatsapp whereas I have whatsapp bundles...Contact on ***... I have used my money to bug whatsapp ticket but its not working, this is not fair, I restarted the phone several times with no luck, I never experienced this problem before.
