Bought phone Cash. Now blocked off netowork

I bought 2 Smasung Galaxy S6 phones From CELL MATE CC in durban.<br> <br> The Phones were sealed, and original packaging. I have my invoices to prove purchase.<br> <br> Then suddenly on friday, My one phones would not conect to the netowork. I phoned vodacom and they said my phone might be blacklisted.<br> <br> I took my phone to samsung, they confirmed this.<br> <br> Now, looks like there must have been some kind of contract or ensureance skam here. But i bought my phone from a reseller. <br> so I would like this matte investigated and my Phone unblacklisted.<br> <br> this might happen to m second handset now too, and I thought I better let you know befoore the othe handset also gets blacklisted.<br> <br> I just need urgent help in this matter, please don't make me call the call center again, they seem not to know what to do in this situation or how to help me.<br> <br>
