Bought Data - Cannot access it
<p>I bought data for my wifes Vodacom Sim, this data will not work.. I tried in her phone, in another phone, downloaded settings - all to no avail...<br /><br />Sent wife to vodacom shop to get it sorted - did not get fixed, she told her to phone vodacom</p>

20 Mar 2017, 10:20I was finally able to resolve this issue with the help of a very on the ball person from the help desk. This was the third person I dealt with, first I got hung up on, then got told I would be called back, never was... but the final person I dealt with identified and solved the problem within a minute.
The lack of assistance in Store was pathetic
