Bought data but I still didn't get a recharge

Bought data from Vodacom twice, but didn't get the data recharged in my phone. I don't know if this has happened to other people, it's really annoying because I feel like I'm being ******. Today I bought airtime and Vodacom sent me a message saying hat I can recharge for R10 and get 100mb for a day. But right after recharging nothing happened, instead my balance data balance was the same except that they had actually taken my money. What's going with this company. I'm switching to another carrier tonite. They are just disappointing. Actually, I'm not gonna support anything sponsored by or involving Vodacom. Their reputation is smelly. I think we as consumers must take the power from these companies and stop using their services and spread the news.
