Bought airtime for R689 instead got R75

I bought airtime for R689 to use for the month through cellphone banking. It was mentioned that when you buy this much airtime, one receives a big bonus. Big bonus was R75 airtime for the next twelve months. To my suprise only the R75 run airtime was credited to my account not R689 airtime I bought. <br> <br> I called the call centre they explained to me that I will get R75 airtime monthly for a year. ***! If I wanted R75 airtime a month why should I buy it in advance. This is crazy.<br> <br> Now I have been waiting for a response from customer service agent, he just left me there holding for close to 30minutes. I overhead in the background a lady speaking in Xhosa saying he should drop the phone. An hour later I am still having R75 airtime instead of R689. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!
