BOUGHT A WIFI ROUTER AT AN INFLATED,IRREGULAR PRICE FROM A RUDE STORE CONSULTANT

I visited Vodacom Shop in Wonderpark mall,Pretoria North were I experienced bad customer service from one of the consultant who was rude,unprofessional and dishonest,hence,was not wearing a name tag(I was unable to identify name). The problem is she sold me a wifi router at an inflated and irregular price. She exploited my desperation for the router as the previous day I went to the same store four times and on each occasion they were unable to assist me claiming they are offline and I should return after 15-30minutes,eventually this morning I called the store over seven times by their number would constantly ring unanswered then I decided to go there in person to check if their system is back online and I can make the purchase-that is when I encountered the SERVICE FROM HELL!

Vodacom contacted me a guy named Lance,however he failed to resolve the matter by PROTECTING HIS employer indicating that since the consultant was not wearing a name tag there is nothing they(Vodacom) can do,therefore the consultant,in my own words -GOT AWAY WITH ******,ironically I later realised that the receipt from the store has a consultant's name on it but he failed to know that information,further when I suggested that I can go to the store and point her out,he dismissed my suggestion! Therefore it is clear that vodacom is a Gangster's business-wants customers' money then the customer can VOETSEK!
