Bought a new phone and 3 days later Black screen of Death!

<p>Bought a new phone and 3 days later Black screen of Death! Vodacom in George, Courtenay Street refuses to give a refund and take back their phone. CPA says I have 7 days to get a refund if I choose so. Sharne is the clerk that assisted me, but she plainly refuses to listen to my side of the story. I do not want a Brand new 3 days old phone to be Repaired! I paid cash and I want my money back and I will buy another phone, from a branch with better attitude and customer service!</p>
