Bot customer service is *******
I have been trying to call Vodacom the whole week, no option to talk to a person only option is to chat with a bot which doesn't have the option I need to query. I went to a Vodacom shop they say I should call 082 135 but still not getting the option I'm looking for. Its really irritating
