I have a business contract phone with Vodacom, I have been struggling with Vodacom network since last year. I logged a call with Vodacom in September requesting an intervention, of which they said they will come and install the booster in my house. I have also sent them a signed indemnity form. I spoke to Tome Wellington (Support Operations SGS), who told me that once the indemnity is received it will take 4 to 6 weeks for him to come and do installation and that was last year October.
Last week I sent him another email complaining about the network in my house and that the booster promised has not been installed, he apologized and requested that I must resubmit the indemnity form again of which I did and he didn't even acknowledge the receipt of that email. I depend on my phone to connect with my clients and business associates and it is very annoying that I spend more than R3000 on Vodacom every month and I still can do business normally. The is really affecting my business.
I just phone Vodacom now and a guy call Jonathan Abrahams told me that I must start the process again, why I do have to waste my time with Vodacom *********** staff. I am cancelling my contract with Vodacom. I cannot be abused by Vodacom *********** staff like this.
May I please request that a senior person or someone in the office of the CEO contact me on ********** or ********** or email: ********** or **********
I am now more than willing to port my number to another service provider. I am tired of Vodacom poor customer service especially from Tome Wellington who is so *********** and dont pick up his cellphone. This is totally unacceptable,
Regards Archie
