Bonus Airtime
So Vodacom has new bundles that can be redeemed if you have 150 talking points. On 18.02.2019, I opted to redeem R75.00 bonus airtime and I have not been able to use it since. I have tried calling the customer care on 135; 082 135 and the rewards call centre on ********** in hopes of speaking to a human. But NO, since the 18th until today, I have only been connected to a machine that has been of no help to me. I cannot get through to the contact centre and there are no answers on Google on how to use this bonus airtime. I would assume that I would be able to call, SMS or buy data, but I really am getting nothing out of this. Meanwhile, 150 of my talking points were deducted.
How do I use this bonus airtime?
