Bogus data purchase

Lodging a complaint I was using the Facebook free mode, when I decided to switch to viewing pictures. I had 3 options on my data options; the option to use my current package does not get processed. I immediately called Vodacom. At 21h15 I called service provider consultant by the name of Khumo was reluctant to log a complaint, I co-coersed a complaint to be logged and even dectated what the content of the complaint is. I requested a reference for my complaint; which he said he will sent immediately via sms 40 minutes later and still not delivered. I called again at 22h35 and no record of the call nor "complaint logged" by Khumo could be found on the system. Despite having chosen the option to buy the data to use Facebook it's still using data from my account not the 1G meant for Facebook expiring at 23h59 on 21/07/2018.

Vodacom something is majorly wrong!!
