Bogus arrears on my account

Im sitting with an account that is in arrears, because vodacom claims that the account that ive been using since last year to tranfer my subscription to, is not on the ir list of account, but on my vodacom app, it shows they have been receiving the funds, and the payment they are not getting is for April, ive sent them proof of payment now they say its not their account but all the other month's funds were receives Now i cannot apply for a new contract because of that

Im still inconvinienced, because you claim to still see the money paid into your account, but the same account you have received the transfer for this month and all the other months, but not April
