BO LOMBAARD RESTORED MY FAITH!!!

My account was blocked, due to an outstanding amount. Since 06:00 this morning, i have been transferred between customer service and accounts. I think I spoke to 8 agents. Eventually, so many people accessed my account, my account was loaded as reported as ******. Please feel free to look at the activity for today. I also want to add I have never in my life dealt with such rude people as at your accounts department, especially Anele (don't know surname). 10 minutes ago I tried one last time. I spoke with Bo Lombaard, who assisted me and resolved the issue within 5 minutes... 7 hours later... What a great guy! I did speak with his manager (Jonas) as well to thank them, but please thank him again. I wish I spoke with him when I first called 06:00 this morning. And he helped me in Afrikaans. Big up to him! And if I NEVER have to speak to your accounts department again, it is too soon
