****** **** service at Vodacom Fibre

Hi

After a **** service received from you, I was finally told that my application has been cancelled and any monies due refunded. There was no refund and instead I was billed on 01/02/2019 an amount of R309.00 which I raised to your attention (SR190 ********** 25 ). I have not received any communication in this regard.

Now, when I try and apply for fibre with other capable and worthy service providers, I am told my unit is still locked with ****** Vodacom ( despite the email and sms confirming that my application has been cancelled - Please be advised that your Vodacom Service Request SR190 ********** 32 (Fibre contract cancellation - 810708*******) has been changed to 'Closed' status.)

Now, not only have you taken my money for sweet blue nothing, you have further locked my unit with you such that other service providers cannot give me the necessary service? What kind of nonsense is going on there. Does atleast 1 person in there know what they are supposed to be doing in this entire fibre offering you seem to be sooooo struggling with?

If this is not resolved by COB today ( 1. release my unit. 2 give me my refund); I will escalate to the ombuds. I am tired of your bullying tactics yet you do not even have a clue of how or what must happen with this fibre you are supposed to offer to customers; from your customer care to the actual implementation itself.

Hi Your response on my email is that you have credited me with R289 on 28/01/2019. Please send me the actual credit note displaying the banking details as there was no such transaction on my account. 2. Why are you locking my unit when you said you have cancelled my application? And you purposely ignored to answer this point on the email you sent. 3. On 01/02/2019, you debited me an amount of R309.xx; and you have not refunded me and are not saying jack about it --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Wendy, As per the feedback from our FTTH team. Credits were passed on the 28th of Jan 2019 for the amount of R289. The last invoice that was billed was in January 2019 for the amount of R599. The reason for the credit of R289 that was passed is because you were still using the device for a portion of the month of January 2019. Should you have any concerns regarding the credits. Please contact our FTTH team on ********** (free call from Vodacom sim).
