Bloodsucking parasites at Vodacom

These bloodsucking parasites calling themselves Vodacom, had barred my services for apparently being in arrears. This after I paid my monthly bill, the EXACT amount that they have given me that I needed to pay, on their Vodapay App. No mention of any arrears or such, just a bill of R1208.56. That was paid in full. Now all of a sudden I have miraculously incurred a R400 arrears fee, BUT no mention was made, no contact was made, nor did they even try and send me an email or sms at least.

No, just cut me off!

I am so over these parasites, and *******. "Manufacturing" arrears fees.
