Blokking spam numbers

I'm receiving a spam call every day from the number +*** (international number). I have googled the number and there is many sites saying that it is a spam call. I phoned Vodacom customer care and explained to the guy that I am getting phoned calls everyday from a spam number. I am not complaining about the service I got from the customer care guy I am complaining about Vodacom that is not able to block spam numbers on their network. My device/phone does not support blocking numbers as do no phone according to the customer care guy. Apparently you need an app. I did not gave out my number to the \spammers". I am complaining about the fact that they can't or will not do anything to protect the customer when it comes to SPAM CALLS by blocking the number. I am not saying to give people the right to block any number just Vodacom to protect the customer by blocking numbers that are definitely spam numbers."""
