Blocked to calling Center, cannot report possible ***** due to cloning of number.

I have evidently exhausted my calls to the call center because I called too many times for my SMS service to be activated and to stop messages to callers who dialed my number, to be told that the number does not exist. The problem seems to have been rectified, thanks Vodacom, but it took nearly a week and numerous calls On checking my Vodacom profile, I Noticed that it had been allocated to a mr Johnethen M*b*za which concerned me because of banking ***** that may occur when SMS is sent to a cloned number. I tried to call Vodacom, but was informed that I had exhausted my calls to their call center and may only call again after the second of next month. Should there be ***** on my banking due to Vodacom not permitting me to query this matter, I believe that they should be held responsible.

I have not been called, possible ***** is clearly not a priority. Vodacom simply does not care or they cannot motivate their action. Please note that if you do make it difficult to talk to you, one may have to resort to consumer bodies such as hello Peter.
