Blocked number I've been using for 16years
I have been a customer for 16years. 13July 2022 I just woke up and my number was blocked. When I called the customer care they told me to Rica the Sim in store. I went in store and I was told they can't Rica my number and unblock it as it doesn't belong to me. How possible is that because I've been using the number for 15l6 years. Everything I have is attached to this number and now I'm even told they can't help I lost the number because they suspect ***** on this number.
I need help if someone can, I can't loose the number I have been using for 16 years without proper explanation.

18 Jul 2022, 10:49Vodacom responded by saying I must visit the store. I did that already if you can go back and actually read everything I wrote there. I want to know how on eart was number suspended because I've been using it for 16 years without me being notified. I did Rica before and the store they are telling me it will take 7-14 days and even so I might even loose the number for good. Meanwhile my life is stuck as everything I have is attached to that number.
I will be taking this matter further and see if the ombudsman can't help. I cannot loose that number for nonsense.

18 Jul 2022, 10:54Now I have a borrowed number that I use and have been calling vodacom customer care. The number is being blocked as well from speaking to humans. I get directed to the useless Tobi. This Tobi thing is nonsense. So what mist I do now and how must I contact vodacom.
