Blocked line for a fault thats not mine

Dear Vodacom

A few weeks back I took out a modem on contract (I have had a phone line with you since 2007), when I was told that I had to pay a fee of about R200 which comprised of an activation fee and contract fee. I was then informed that there would be an additional debit order which would go off in 48 hours, I subsequently left the funds in the account: The funds were not debited as we had agreed in the stipulated 48 hours. Until on the 5 February 2016 when I started receiving sms's and calls saying that I owe Vodacom but when I would call the call centre nobody could tell me what its for, all the while I have left the funds in the account in case the debit order would go off at a later stage, I was passed from pillar to post and the reason is that I have been migrated to a 3D system. Last week I called the call centre again and this time the lady told me that the R121 was because my contract had ended and it was the final instalment. Now yesterday at 21:30 my line stopped working, today I spent the whole day speaking to the call centre until I finally reached a lady who said it would be reactivated in two hours time till this moment my cell is blocked, is this fair
