Blocked call when I'm not at fault
<p>I have contract with Vodacom for data and took insurance with them so the invoice me as one amount I went to Vodacom shop Bedford sque and mall of Africa to cancel they took my I'd ask to write a letter as to why I do not need that insurance which I did, nothing was done until I do follow up my self and reverse debit order, vodacom owes me the money that they where deducting for insurance after I have cancelled the insurance but they have blocked my account and I have been sent from one person to another on call center this is the reference number I was given 1_ ********** ********** wen I follow up they said it's close I need call insurance which is outsourced company they told me it will take 5 days I'm been punished and listed on ITC for Vodacom stuff incompleteness Vodacom pleaseclear my name on itc and open my account asap please.</p>

We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard. As per the feedback received the credits for the insurance charges have been posted on your Vodacom account. We have also processed a further credit of R100 for the returned debit order fee.
The Collections Department confirmed that the unlock request has been submitted. This can take between 2-24 hours to complete.
