Blocked by Vodacom for reaching out to have my query resolved

Please assist with a R919 that is still reflecting on my credit account which was paid by me to have the account close long ago...I spoke to one rep previously who still hasn't emailed me regarding my query I raised with you guys as she said she'll raise a dispute and send me the necessary information I requested but till this day I still haven't gotten any feedback. I've even asked how I can make the payment but still their unwilling to assist me.

I see my number is blocked by you guys so I assume my email address is also blocked from making contact and I want this resolve.
