Blocked by vodacom agent after disputing *****ulent charges under my name

Terrible service after explaining about a *****ulent dispute under my name and was given the run around for weeks.. had agents like Cashandra Grosch sending false documents of RAM deliveries done for other people. Then denying that she gave me her email. Then later resorted to sending things through WhatsApp. After asking her to send it via email. She Then blocked me. Kept trying to fix things then got set to Nigel under Leon's team. Then told to send emails to legal. Which I did. Didn't get feedback for reference. Kept trying to call in and get things sorted. And ive been diverted to several sectors with no help. Now the status says closed yet I'm still in arrears for services I never used. Still no help from them instead now my number has been blocked from reaching custom service to get things done. So my name is still used for *****ulent transactions. This is sad as all that is happening is not being solved instead some agents from vodacom go around failing people then block them. For 2 months now I have tried to fix this. How do we Trust if ever personal details will be used to do such and when we seek help to resolve such matters we then blocked. Its not fair at all. I hope that everyone be cautious about your personal details and no be a victim like me
