Block my cellphone number by reporting services

I am a veteran for Vodacom for more than 25 years, recently Vodacom can afford to meet their capacity to serve South African community with telecommunications about network coverage, just because i am always fighting for that the block my number to report such misconduct and the reveal my telephone to spammers to play around with, since they built the towers nearby is not working for ours we really suffer about voices and Data transmission to work or make calls, Why do they block me to raise consent about their poor delivery to community of Lotus Gardens in north of Gauteng
