Blatant Theft of data

I logged a complaint of data disappearing on the 5th of October and was told I would be contacted in 48 hours. As of this morning I could not get hold of them as yesterday their call center was too busy and as of this morning it is "unavailable" "due to unforeseen circumstances". I finally received an sms at 10:52 today (11 October 2017) stating that they have investigated and have concluded that the billing for the amount of data (almost 1 gig in 5 days and as of today the 11th of October the entire 1 gig plus R12 odd rands extra data) is correct. Now they have done a "once off gesture of a credit into my vodacom account which will reflect within 3 days" but have done nothing to sort out my data issue where i have done nothing different to my usual monthly routine when it comes to my data. I will not accept this and if the branch I am going to after work today cannot sort it out of prove to me with hardcopies of the evidence the investigation wishes to present...then i will be looking into cancelling all my contracts with vodacom and moving to another service provider. I know how I use my data...if I used almost 1gig in 5 days i would not have called to log a query. On a side note I was supposed to be contacted via a phone call not an sms...unacceptable...I would like to be able to argue my case...Which I would do anyway if vodacom's call centre was working.

What is due course? Since I waited a week when it was supposed to be 48 hours on my last complaint.
