Blatant ************** towards customers with disabilities!

Allthough Vodacom has a clear policy's surrounding disabilities it still doesn't seem if Vodacom will ever provide a kind and welcoming environment towards people with disability, especially to those who are deaf or hearing impaired. Over the years we frequented Vanderbijlpark Vodacom since the service was excellent and avoided the ********** call centre staff who cannot fathom or grasp the concept of being deaf. Every single time you call them on behalf of above mentioned deaf invidual they still insist on speaking to him over the phone. How in to the hell do they expect him to communicate with them! He is DEAF! Upon trying to get authorization to handle and help with the above mentioned individual Vodacom accounts has proven to be an bigger circus with no such luck thus far forcing him to drive 50km since it's the nearest Vodacom branch. But absolutely nothing beats today's incident at Vanderbijlpark Vodacom opposite Vaal Mall. Upon arrival we were informed only one person can enter the premises and upon explaining to 3 people at the door he is deaf and I'm with him to assist him one employee just frankly said he is going to allow us in since it would cause to much admin! It was plain revolting humiliating ************** towards an elderly individual with a hearing disability. Disgusting and apalling service and the worst part is this humiliating abuse would just continue! Or a sweet and short excuse from 'O, but Covid...'
