Blatant breach of TCF.

<p>I am a customer for a long time with vodacom. I simply want copies of my contracts. Under the tcf principles this should be an easy task. not so. I will be logging a formal complaint based on this act. the staff are so ridiculous, that when you request a senior they put you on hold and then wait for you to give up. Where is the service delivery. You take a hefty sum from me each month but can not furnish me with the conditions under which you take my money. How is this TCF?</p>
