Blaclisted for gadget cancelled 24mths

Am blacklisted for the gadget that was cancelled 24mths ago and Robbie Gommes couried the gadget to Lithole Rudzani and no response, no refund (R1885.00) up-to date. on the 27.11.2015 they promised to come back and never did. I want my name be cleared i want to continue with my life. the are many other networks that offers much better services.
