Blacklisting the wrong phone

I woke up on the 9th July 2015 only to find out that I don't have service on my Vodacom contract phone. I enquired about the reason and the call center agent told me my phone has been blacklisted and there is nothing she can do about that. I phoned the following day and I was given a form to complete and send to a Vodacom shop with my ID to get it unblocked. I did exactly that. The shop emailed the completed form to Vodacom and I also sent the form again but until now 13 July 2015 at noon, the phone is still blacklisted. I have made several phone calls to Vodacom and no one can help me and cannot also put me to the correct person to speak to. <br> I have enquired how my own phone of which I am still paying for be blacklisted? Who blacklisted or authorised the phone to be blacklisted? etc but no one could answer me on these questions. I am really nit happy about the way I am being treated. I am paying for a phone which is not usable because its been blacklisted. Did Vodacom sold me a ****** phone?
