My school tablet was ****** last week Tuesday. When i reported to the police, they said they need a blacklisting ref no to be able to provide me with a case number. When I called Vodacom's customer care (114),I was told to call the business department (***). There I spoke to someone by the name of Tumi, who said she would call me back at 17h30 but never did. This morning I called again and spoke to Gugu, who said she is on the prepaid side and couldn't help me. She said I must call the business department on ***. On this one i spoke to William who couldn't assist me also because he only deals with individual contracts and he referred me back to ***.
I have been transferred from pillar to post with no help and i have called the numbers provided and still no one can help me. This is very frustrating because the phone needs to be blocked/blacklisted so that I can get a case number for the school to be able to assist me. I need to get my modules and assignments.
I am very unhappy with the service i received. The operators came across as people who dont know their jobs.
