Blacklisting of phone and itc ref number not done timeously

Good day, I need urgent assistance with this ticket logged on Friday. I have a pending insurance claim which requires the black listing of my missing phone. This request is only for the phone to be blacklisted , not the phone number. I received a reference number on Friday and I followed up today but haven’t received feedback. I need this done and the ITC ref number sent to me.
