Blacklisting Non Existing Customers On Non Existing Contracts?
Blacklists - Really! Last December I took a contract on a mobile pebble device that was faulty. Device was returned contract was canceled. After hours on the phone hundreds of emails I was told it was resolved - Today I’ve been handed over.
