BLACKLISTING IPHONE - NOT ON

Bought my Iphone second hand (from someone I know) - Purchased the phone in June 2015, half way through July my phone just stopped working, phoned my provider Cell C who VERY WILLINGLY helped me to figure out the problem. <br> <br> The phone seems to have been originally bought on contract with Vodacom by a gentlemen who i don't know. <br> I spoke to Vodacom in Fourways and they informed me....<br> <br> Good day<br> Handset was blacklisted for bad debts account belongs to JACOB COETZER ERASMUS.<br> It is still owing.<br> Regards<br> Gloria<br> <br> I have proof that I purchased the phone. I hope Vodacom rectifies this and unblocks this immediately. My cellular contract isnt even with you guys!
