Blacklisted phone

Vodacom blacklisted my phone because I'm not able to pay the contract anymore as I'm no longer working... Asked them to reduce the monthly installment of what I owe at the moment but they could not help. Now the phone is no longer working... I can't make or receive calls. The cell phone number is the one that I'm using on my CV for job applications. Now I'm unreachable.. I can't get a job because of vodacom. Can you please atleast allow me to receive calls as I'm currently job hunting...
